Chiropractic

Chiropractic care is a healthcare discipline focused on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, particularly those related to the spine. It involves manual adjustments and other non-invasive techniques to improve joint function, reduce pain, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Chiropractors often address issues like back pain, neck pain, headaches, and posture problems.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a hands-on treatment that involves manipulating the body's muscles and soft tissues to relieve tension, reduce pain, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. It supports physical and mental well-being and can aid in recovery from injury or stress.

I’m Dee Knoll, a licensed massage therapist practicing since 2004. My passion for massage therapy stems from a deep desire to help others in a therapeutic and meaningful way. I truly believe in the powerful benefits of massage—whether it’s improving circulation, relieving chronic pain, reducing stress, supporting injury recovery, or promoting overall balance of the mind, body, and spirit.

Every client I work with receives a personalized session tailored to their unique needs and goals. My specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, and Myofascial Release techniques. I’m committed to professional growth and continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing education in this ever-evolving field.
